happy birthday friend
i have a friend who is having a "big" birthday tomorrow, and i thought this may be the only way to tell her "hey, i'm thinking of you- have a happy day!"

the best birthday present is not being here for our first winter storm! i know you are grateful to be soaking up every bit of sunshine and adventure! i am not alone in saying, happy oct 24 to everyone, especially karri.

Lucky, lucky girl. 1. Because she is somewhere so beautiful. 2. Because she's not here in this mess. 3. Because of her "big" day.
What makes me really lucky is having a friend like you! I wished I could share the moments with you every day I was there. Maybe next time...?!?!? Because, there has to be a next time! I feel as young as ever BTW!
